Four steps
How finding service works
You stay in control at every step. Nothing is sent anywhere until you decide to send it, and asking for help is free.
Describe what the cart is doing
The symptom, your cart's make and powertrain, and your ZIP code. If you are not sure what is wrong, start with a diagnostic guide instead — you will get better answers from a provider either way.
See who covers your area
Providers list the ZIP codes they travel to, the brands they work on, and whether they are mobile or shop-based. You see the ones that match, not everyone within a hundred miles.
Request service once
One request reaches the providers matched to it, rather than you calling five shops in a row. You choose who to reply to. Your contact details are not published and are not sold on.
Compare and decide
Price, scheduling, and the work itself are agreed directly between you and the provider. GolfCartHelp does not take a share of the repair.
Diagnose a problem
Work out what's wrong before you pay anyone.

For repair businesses
Repair golf carts? Reach owners who need your help.
A free public profile puts your services, the brands you work on, and the ZIP codes you travel to in front of owners searching for exactly that. Upgrade only when wider coverage and service requests are worth it.
Sign-up is not open yet. The provider page sets out exactly what works today and what is still being built.
- A public profile you controlServices, brands, powertrains, vehicle classes, and how you deliver service — mobile, shop, or both.
- Service areas you actually coverList the ZIP codes you travel to, so you are matched to work you would genuinely take.
- Qualified service requestsOwners describe the cart and the fault before they reach you, so the first call is a useful one.
Parts & upgrades
Looking for a part or upgrade? Browse the separate parts center.
Parts are a secondary, affiliate-supported area with its own search. Where a merchant states which brands, years, and pack voltages a part suits, we show it; where they don’t, we say compatibility is unconfirmed rather than guessing. No merchant relationship is approved yet, so nothing here currently earns a commission or lists a product.
Trust & safety
A directory is only worth using if you can trust what it shows you.
These are rules the product is built around, not aspirations.
More detail in how verification works, repair safety, and our privacy policy.
Verification is independent of payment
A verified badge requires reviewed evidence of business identity and insurance. Subscription state and verification state are separate database fields, and three separate mechanisms stop a business setting its own.
The evidence review process is being built. No badge is displayed until it exists.
Sponsored placement is always labelled
Subscribers can appear in a featured position. It sits in its own labelled group, carries a visible Sponsored marker, and never changes the order of the organic results below it.
Businesses cannot edit or delete reviews
A business can publish one response and nothing more. Rating, title, and body are locked to the customer by column-level database permissions, the review average is derived from approved reviews only, and there is no deletion path for a business at all.
Reviews open once there are real completed jobs to review. Nothing is seeded.
Your request stays private
Service requests are never publicly readable. A provider can only open one that has been matched to their business while their subscription is active. Photos you attach go to a private bucket and are served only through short-lived signed links.
We tell you when to stop and call someone
Golf cart battery packs store enough energy to cause serious burns and fires, and a cart on a jack can kill. Our guides say plainly where owner troubleshooting should stop, and we do not publish procedures for bypassing a safety device.
